Choose what to addRight-click the page, or use the Optionen menu at the top right. Pick a signature, a check mark, text or a QR code.
Edit itWrite or draw in the dialog. Hinzufügen puts it exactly where you right-clicked. The check mark stays on: click the next boxes, Esc ends it.
AdjustRight-click a placed item (long-press on a touchscreen): move, resize, edit, write it into the PDF or delete it. Esc or a click beside it finishes.
DownloadThe download icon at the top right (or Ctrl+S) writes every item into the PDF and puts it in your downloads. Nothing is stored on the server.

Tip: Ctrl+Z undoes the last step, Ctrl+Y redoes it. Every step is also listed in the history (clock icon) in the toolbar.

Encrypted PDFs are not supported yet. To work around it, recreate the file with “Print → Save as PDF” and upload that copy.

Proves that the PDF has not been changed since it was signed.

Sign“Sign digitally” stamps the mahevi mark permanently onto the first page, signs the PDF on the server (SHA-256, asymmetric cryptography) and downloads the signed file. The mark is a logo, it says nothing about whether the signature is still valid.
VerifyThe downloaded file can be checked at any time. If it has been changed, the check fails.Verify a signature
Keep editingAny later change invalidates the signature. The badge at the bottom left of the viewer then says so and offers to sign again.
