Plan and points
You pick a plan and see the points placed on it. Moving works as on the map: in the page the wheel belongs to scrolling, and the map takes Ctrl or two fingers.
Visible is whatever the plan is
A point has no visibility of its own. It is visible exactly when its plan is — published, inside its window, and released to an audience you belong to.
That is why a plan sometimes looks empty or is missing altogether: the points are not gone, the plan is not published yet.
