The same questionnaire can be filled in two ways. Here every question stands below the last, each in its own card, with a summary of the survey beside them.
A list, or one question at a time
The cards are the same as in the single view, counter included — it is the same survey, only arranged differently. The list is good for getting an overview first or for paging back; the single view leads you step by step.
On narrow screens the summary moves above the list.
While the questions load
The questionnaire is fetched in the browser, so grey placeholders stand there first. They hold the space, so the footer does not sit under the header and jump away when the questions arrive.
